The free flowing powder obtained has acceptable colour and flavour and is easily reconstitutable. It contains viable lactococci. Curd was standardized to get Curd powder with no free fat and a rich mouth feel and appealing flavour. Formulation of health drink and energy drink mixed based of Curd powder has also been carried out.
